Guarantee / Damage caused by transport

Upon arrival, the customer must immediately check the goods for defects and quality. Images and contents in the online shop may differ slightly from the delivered product due to different computer settings and do not represent a defect. Complaints of damage caused by transport must be reported immediately, at the latest within three (3) working days, by email to nordischkindch@gmail.com including photographs of the shipping damage (products and shipping packaging), otherwise all material guarantees are forfeited. As far as legally permissible, liability for damages is excluded. In particular, we are not liable for indirect damage or consequential damage resulting from any defects. In the event of improper handling or personal intervention, all claims are void.

If a product is defective or lacks a guaranteed capacity, a warranty period of two (2) years from the date of purchase applies. Within this period, the buyer can complain about defects in the goods - insofar as these already existed when the goods were purchased - and request rectification (repair) or exchange. Within the first six (6) months from the date of purchase, the buyer does not have to provide evidence that the fault complained of already existed when the goods were handed over. From the seventh (7.) month after delivery of the goods, however, this proof is required. The warranty relates to manufacturing and material defects as well as other defects that are already present at the time of delivery. This does not include damage caused by improper handling, intentional or negligent damage, improper setup or installation, connection to the wrong mains voltage, normal wear and tear, non-observance of the instructions for use, chemical or electrochemical effects and force majeure.
