The general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "GTC") apply to all orders and contracts concluded via the Atajanova Kidsfashion online shop (hereinafter referred to as "nordischkind.ch") (hereinafter referred to as "order"). nordischkind.ch reserves the right to change the terms and conditions. The version of the General Terms and Conditions applicable at the time of the order is decisive and cannot be unilaterally changed for this order.
The offer is aimed at natural customers with residence or legal clients based in Switzerland or Liechtenstein. Deliveries are only made to addresses in Switzerland or Liechtenstein. The offer is valid as long as it can be seen in the online shop and / or stocks last. Price and range changes are possible at any time. The images shown in advertising, brochures, in the online shop, etc., as well as all information on the products are used for illustration and are non-binding. An order is considered an offer to nordischkind.ch to conclude a contract. After submitting the order, customers automatically receive a confirmation of receipt, which documents that the order has been received by nordischkind.ch. Customers can no longer add to or cancel the order. Nordischkind.ch is free to refuse orders in whole or in part without giving reasons. In this case, the customer will be informed and any payments already made will be refunded. Further claims are excluded; in particular, the non-deliverable products will not be forwarded. Products that are temporarily not available cannot be reserved.
The pre-orders are not returnable.

Conclusion of contract
A contract is only concluded when the order is processed in the Nordischkind.ch warehouse. As soon as the order is ready for dispatch in the warehouse, the customer receives an order confirmation by email.
The customer's delivery address must be in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein. We also deliver worldwide on request. In addition, local customs duties and VAT may apply.
Nordischkind.ch sends orders with the Swiss Post (Post.ch) daily from Monday to Friday. There is no delivery on weekends and on official national or cantonal holidays.
The delivery costs communicated in the online shop and the delivery cost guideline apply. The delivery costs are listed as an additional item in the shopping cart and on the invoice.
Damage caused by transport
Upon arrival, the customer must immediately check the goods for defects and quality. Images and contents in the online shop may differ slightly from the delivered product due to different computer settings and do not represent a defect. Complaints of damage caused by transport must be reported immediately, at the latest within three (3) working days, by email to email@example.com including photographs of the shipping damage (products and shipping packaging), otherwise all material guarantees are forfeited. As far as legally permissible, liability for damages is excluded. In particular, we are not liable for indirect damage or consequential damage resulting from any defects. In the event of improper handling or personal intervention, all claims are void.
Right of withdrawal / right of return
Unused items, with the exception of bodies, underwear, bikinis and swimming trunks, will be taken back by nordischkind.ch in their original packaging within seven (7) working days of receipt of the goods without giving reasons. The return is at the expense and risk of the customer. The returned products must be in perfect, unworn condition. In particular, worn, soiled, damaged or bad-smelling products cannot be taken back and the right of return expires. If there are any ambiguities about the timely return, the customers must be able to prove this with appropriate postal receipts. The purchase price will be reimbursed after deducting delivery costs and any fees. When it comes to reimbursement, customers can choose between a voucher or a refund. No guarantees, no guarantees for damage by transport and no right of withdrawal will be given to international shipments to countries outside the European Union.
