The cards are wonderful for small rituals that strengthen children. For example, every night before going to bed, the children can draw a card and talk about the affirmation you chose.
In the midst of the sometimes hectic everyday family life, the affirmations give thoughts and moments as sweet and light as cotton candy and tickle the heart and mind.
The illustrator Yael wants to address and depict children with her pictures and thus give them a voice. Small but so incredibly important messages. So that our children internalize these statements and always know that they are ALL special, magical, wonderful, brave, strong, valuable, smart and good enough.
Just unique.
